The ICC Kyoto , founded in 1966, is the first national conference facility in Japan. ICC Kyoto hosted a number of pioneering events, such as the UNFCCC 1977 Kyoto Protocol. ICC Kyoto is located at the north end of Karasuma subway line. The reliable subway will take you from Kyoto Station to ICC Kyoto in 20 minutes.
