Warning: Scam Email from “Global Travel Experts”

 We have been informed that some CMIP 2026 participants have received a scam email from a company fraudulently impersonating a real travel company called Global Travel Experts. The email you may have received will have come from the email address: g-travelexperts[dot]com or gtravelhost.com. This email address is a scam address and is not associated with the real travel company (Global Travel Experts, a company registered at 11 Ram Yard, Bedford, MK40 1AL, England, UK).

Please be aware that this company is not affiliated withCMIP or the 2026 workshop in any way.

 Scam Details:
These unsolicited emails have been sent to conference participants, both from CMIP 2026 and other European conferences, falsely claiming that a hotel reservation has been made and requires confirmation. This is a scam. Do not respond, click any links, or provide personal details.

Important Information:

• CMIP will never share participant email addresses with this or any other company.
• We do not publish participant email addresses online.
• For your security, we recommend blocking the senders (ops@g-travelexperts[dot]com and ops@gtravelhost[dot]com) and the domains (g-travelexperts[dot]com gtravelhost[dot]com) and marking their emails as spam.

 We strongly recommend that you book accommodation only through trusted sources, such as the hotel offered on the official workshop website or reputable hotel providers. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact us directly.
